I have done this many times as it is soooooo easy and and low on the mess and high on flavour. I would just say one thing to those on the weightloss program to watch yourself about adding extra protien keeping in mind that 2 eggs are your protien serve. I normally have mine with tomato, mushrooms, onion, and some seasoning. I also turn the bag a few times so it cooks through and I cook it for 10 mins, I haven't had a problem with it being a bit soft at all.

Top idea!!!

Dream big, live life and have fun!!!!
