| | Hi Guys, I found out that a Nandos 1/4 (skinless) grilled quarter chicken has apparently less calories than a TF shake. Around 800-810 Kj (192 calories). 26gm Protein 1gm Carb 3.7gm Saturated Fat So couple of times a week it shouldn't be that bad to have it with your cup of vegies.

| I love having the 1/4 chicken as a treat. They have a new item on the menu (in NZ anyway). It's a grilled veggie strip - capsicum, onion, mushroom,zucchini and eggplant in a soy type sauce. Also has haloumi cheese which I just put to one side. Sooooooooo delicious, and soooooooo legal!! 
   Goal 1: To get below 82 kgs (because I haven't been there forever!) 
Goal 2: Get BMI from obese to overweight  Goal 3: To get into the 70's  Goal 4: 76 kg by 21 Nov 2008 (so I can enjoy an expanded wardrobe) Goal 5: 73 kg by 9 Dec 2008 (when I go on holiday!) Goal 6: Return from holiday 6 January 2009 no heavier but preferably 3 kg lighter ie 70-73 kg (taking TF shakes with me), and in doing so reaching my half-way mark of 12.85 kg lost. Goal 7: Enter the 60's and into my 'healthy weight range' |

| Thats so good! i was thinking of having nandos this week, but was scared about the fat content- great to hear!
gotta love nanados, but it takes so long for them to cook it!
