Dont do it!!! you deserve to make this work for you. hand the cakes over, ask him to put them somewhere you cant get to and be proud of yourself for not succumbing.

Drop the fork and step away from the fridge!!!!

Don't do it!!!! The fact that you have stopped to think about means that you have the will power not to eat them! As someone else said just hand them over & get them to hide them from you, then go and do something else. Make sure you have enough 'good' food to eat so you are full as it is so much harder to resist when you are hungry.
Also read some other posts that people have written about what has happened to them when they have fallen... it has helped me stay on track (after 1 slip up). Remember your end goal and why you want to do this.
Believe in yourself

Well done for not giving in! That would have been sooooo hard having them right there! You will be so happy for yourself when you step onto those scales!!!!!!!!!!!

Tonight I had something sooo sweet and delicious! I got it from TayHay, she told me to dice up an apple in a bowl, add 2 TF sugarfree caramel lollies (i added 3, think we can have 5 a day), a sprinkle of cinnamon, put it in the microwave for 2 mins, and it was sooooo yummy and sweet! I am definately going to keep the lollies hidden in the house now incase I have another sugar craving. Just thought i'd share it with you.

Bevy.

A guy at my work has a wife who works at a bakery, so every damn day he turns up with left-over treats. And every day I have to resist tucking into whatever he brings.

It's Hell on Earth, but I manage to do it.
