Ive recently joined up at Curves and am wondering if anyone is a current member and on the TF diet too.
If so, are you finding it effective? Have you lost any weight?

Only just saw this- sorry!

Yep, I'm a member of Curves. Have been for about 18 months now but have been fairly sporadic until I started the program. I now go 5 mornings a week (I just get up and go and don't even need to convinced myself to do it anymore!) and do the advanced workout 1-2 of those mornings. I run on the spot on all the recovery boards now as well.

I've lost quite a lot of weight over the last 3 months and whilst I am convinced it is the TF program which is doing it, I have no doubt that exercising at Curves is assisting in the process

I need to move at the end of the year and when that happens I will probably change to a 'normal' local gym (maybe the nearest Fernwood) because I think I will probably need to push myself harder on the cardio when I get closer to goal weight. But for the moment Curves is fantastic and really convenient for me. I can definitely see that my fitness level has increased dramatically as I have lost the weight And the resistance exercises help tone. I also love the monthly measures to keep a track of how many cms I have lost all over.

Yeah I would definitely recommend it Though it entirely depends on how hard you work as with any exercise. You do 2 circuits which is a 30min program and the 5 mins of stretching. They say 3 times a week is good but I go 5. It can be easy to slack off so you just need to make sure you are pushing yourself - but that's the same with any exercise regime.

Best thing to do is call your local one and go in a see one of the consultants and they can explain it to you in more detail

how are u going with curves?

i go to contours its bascially the same

i love going as ur only there for 30 mins plus 5 mins stretch

i think its helped abit but its prob mainly TF helping me loose the weight as squeek said i think
