Sammy -- so close to double digits! So exciting!

CC -- I know what you mean about drawing, I used to draw every day too, now I'm lucky if I do it once a month. I've gotten really afraid of ruining the paper with my imperfect pictures, but I do feel better when I've actually drawn something Close to 15kg well done!

And Pricessleia, I don't reckon I'll use the TF dinners either, I would prefer to see them bring out something like the Celebrity Slim meal replacement bar!

hi guys!

well it's pouring down here in Brissie and really miserable - but good as we're digging up our front garden on the weekend to get in relandscaped - hopefully it'll make it nice and soft ......(and muddy - yuk!)

cc - so glad you're close to 15 !!!! another 700g gone !!!- well done - you're doing so much better than me - thought I'd have lost nearly 15-18 by now - oh well - no-one to blame but myself - can't wait to see your new drawing - you're so talented!!! maybe you should draw a "princessleia has lost 15 kilos" : to egg me on to get it !!!

and sammy - DD"s - bet you can't wait!

nikki - i agree about the TF dinners - I think a CS type bar would be so much more convenient - I really like them and have had a few of them - but I'm now on my second day of their shakes and I do prefer the taste of the TF ones - what do you think ?- the CS ones taste a bit more sugary - their fibre is more like a powder with a sweet vanilla flavour too - quite nice - and not so lumpy as TF - have to use the whole tub now anyway - but definatley prefer the taste of TF shakes !!!!

must go loads to do

have a good day everyone !

Yep - a loss is a loss! And I'm happy with it!

And Nikki - why don't you get the computer based stuff? That's how I draw - I got myself a 'tablet' for 700 dollars (it's a big piece of plastic that you plug into your computer, and you control your mouse / onscreen pointer with a pen shaped device on the plastic board). And some professional painting programs (Adobe photoshop) and I've never had to worry about paper again.

And I like your Idea Princess! But what to draw?! I have so many crazy ideas now. It's unbearable! lol. I have to draw my 15 kg picture too! Sounds like I'll be busy this weekend at least.

And thank GOD for the rain. Now maybe my car will stop electrocuting me every time i get out of it.

So far today, 1 L of water, 1 Green apple, 1 serve of Sheperds pie (TF version) without meat.

Also this weekend, I'm planning on having a big 'cook-off' and preparing meals for the whole week ahead. This way I won't be caught off guard during the week - because buying salads from the cafe in the valley is a bit too expensive, and because all of the staff are heavily asian, when i say a 'little' carrot, i get a half of a 500ml container of carrot and 3 grams of lettuce. And while i'm on the topic of 'ripped off' I'm a bit bummed out because i bought some sizzle steaks last night and the meat was off. I bit into one and it had that FUNK to it - So back in the freezer and waiting until bin night with those. *sigh*

Hope everyone's having a good day!

Whoa - I better get crackin! I can't make any promises on the drawings gang - to be totally honest, some days it feels like my hands just don't want to work for me. But I'll do my best.

I just finished my latest drawing for my best mate. The link to it is here:

Sorry for the great big signature over it - I have issues with posting my art online unless it's specifically ment for someone.

Anyway - my naughties today? I had 3 rattlesnake lollies. It was like flavour heaven in my mouth. For that, I am drinking 3L of water by the end of today (49 minutes ago LOL) and doing alot of walking over the weekend.

I HAVE BEGUN.

The first 'drawing / blinkie' is on it's way. It's a full blown picture though... I'm not sure how you want to tackle that. I'm going to try and draw us all a picture each with our inner goddess in it.

ANYWAY - I'm going to keep hard att'm or else I won't get them finished in time ~ and forgive me if they aren't up to scratch. i've drawn probably 6 pieces all year, compared to my usual 40 by this time. I'm just enjoying the challenge of drawing something for people again.

Anyways! I'M OFF TO BED!!

hi guys

your drawings are fantastic CC - wish I had your talent !

I had a  bit of an emotional day yesterday - as I always do on pink ribbon day and daffodil day - I lost my mum 16 years ago to breast cancer - so the memories all came flooding back yesterday - but I was good and didn't give into any emotional eating ....I bought my daffodils, wore my brooch all day and just sobbed -

yesterday I had a shake for brekkie and lunch , 2 apples - was really hungry (maybe the CS shakes aren't as filling ?) and for dinner I had two lean lamb sausages with loads of salad , the rest of my family had mud cake ..... I had none - woohoo - I also had 2.1 litres water - will aim for 3 today

I'm also 300g down from yesterday - woohoo!

oh well off to dig up some more of our garden - it's a huge muddy mess today after our rain yesterday - watched Vantage Point on DVD last night - really good - if you like 24 you'd really enjoy it - have promised my youngest that I will sit and watch Alvin and the Chipmunks with him today - wish me luck - the things we do !.......

have a great weekend everyone
