I lost when I started Maintenance. I'm a kg below goal now and have happily stayed there for at least a month. Having said that I haven't been eating as many cals as the maintenence plan reccommended. I've created my own sort of hybrid plan from my maintenance plan and the Calorie King Website recommendations. I did this because I found CK easier to track my eating each day!!! I eat heaps and am more than satisfied, I'm happy that it should be maintainable for a long time to come I hope . I had been on one shake a day for a few weeks and wasn't really losing on that, not that I was really trying to, but on maintenance went down a kg over a couple of weeks. Good luck with that last 400gms, that's frustrating, isn't it? Naomi.

I was a bit scared of that too, unfortunately it becomes comfortable again all too quickly . Although there are some carb substitutes (ie cauli rice) that I will use forever!!! Naomi.
