hi guys hoping someone can help do u have to actually go into a tf clinic or chemist to get your maintenance plans or can they do it for you over the phone on the 1800 number???

You can ring the 1800 number & they will organise it for you. My hubby did his maintenance that way.

I didn't know that. Thought you had to go into the clinic for an app. i paid $30 (or something) for the book and stuff.

Good luck with maintenance. It's great once you get used to it. Be prepared to be a bit baffled at first though.
