Wow, very similar. You even have the same name as me and we started TF on the same day I think? Lol. I hope we can keep each other motivated!!
I have a birthday thing to go to this weekend which means dinner out and going to a club after. I'm feeling bad about my blow out last Sat still so I'm vowing not to drink alcohol and to order well from the menu. Do you have any weekend plans? I hope we can both stick to the plan, just remember- keep up the water. Its been working well for me the last few days.

Started 4-11-08, weight- 84.8 kg
12-11-08: 1st weigh in: 81.7kg, loss of 3.1kg
19-11-08: 2nd weigh in: 80.5kg, loss of 1.2kg
26-11-08: 3rd weigh in: 78.8kg, loss of 1.7kg
4-11-08: 4th weigh in: 77.9kg, loss of 0.9kg
10-11-08: 5th weigh in: 76.6, loss of 1.3kg
17-12-08: 6th weigh in: 75.7, loss of 0.9kg

| Hi Guys! I'm in ! I am currently sitting at about 70kg (...I think, I haven't weighed since 2/12!) BUT I am back on track now! Started 4/8/08 @ 78.7kg Height: 163cm (5"4) Last weigh in: 66.8kg on 02/12/08 ... I will be weighing in on Monday 5th Jan so I will let you all know how I went. Back on track now after a month off so I am happy being back on track again (even if it's only been for the past 2 days!) ...The main thing is that I am focused again!! My Goal weight is between 59kg-66kg, preferably 59 if I can get there!!!! Well done to everyone, it certainly is a hard slog. Good luck! ...Lets get to 60 !!!!!

hey people i'd love to join i have just start T.F on monday and weighed in at 86.7kg the heaviest i have even been..... and seeing as i used to be 56 kg thats alot..... but i would love to get back down to 56 as the more weight i gained the less confidence i had and i feel as tho i am not the person i want to be just wondering on this program what is a good goal to set as in weight loss in a mth i know everyone is different but any of you around my starting weight if you could give me a heads up that would be awesome i have a long way to get to my goal weight but im excited to gain back control of my life

I have just signed up today. I have been going to the gym and trying to eat health for well over the last 3 years, I lose some then I put it back on again, I though having read some much about TF it would be worth a try as I have seen some great results out there.
I am currently 87kg and want to get to 65kg
I was up to 94kg at my heaviest about 18 months ago
Looking forward to some tips and advice from everyone here

My Goals for 2009:
1.To run the FULL 12km of the Perth City 2 Surf in August 09. (Did it in 08 and walked most of it)
2. To get down to 65kg and stay that way
