I had fantastic results. I lost 30cm and 5kg in 12 thirty minute sessions. I LOVE it and if it wasn't so expensive it would be something i would keep off for sure!!

RE: hypoxi

i have tried it for 3 sessions but i won't make any judgement as of yet.. will keep you all update on the progress..

and YES i do agree that diet and exercise (and healthy lifestyle/eating) is essential.

i'm just doing this as a extra boost to my diet and exercise!!

RE: hypoxi

I heard about it on the radio too, interested to know how you go with it....please keep us updated :w00t:

If it goes to plan for you I was thinking I would do it when I was somewhere close to goal weigh as a bit of an extra kick towards goal...only problem is the nearest centre is about 1.5 hours away and not exactly convenient!

RE: hypoxi

Are you going to try it, I would love to know if it actually works?

But I think you can't beat a healthy diet and exercise regime for the long term.

hypoxi

has anyone heard about hypoxi?? http://www.hypoxi.com.au/

i heard about it on the radio and after much reading and research i decided to give it a shot.. i've done 3 sessions so far and still doing it casually because if it doesn't work, i'm not committed to having to go to something that doesn't work at all (this is if i bought the packages)..

has anyone tried this?? it sounds more reasonable than fat zap and i like the fact there is a sense of workout in hypoxi as well.. not just claims to melt the fat away etc.. this one sounds pretty good..

what are your thoughts??
