I hesitated a week when i got back before i weighed in again, and when i finally went back, I'd only put on 300gs! I was so relieved.

It will probably not be as bad as you think and the girls at TF wont judge you. If anything, they will be pleased that you went back to keep going.

RE: Avoiding going back in for a weigh-in

I know what you mean I have been the same weight for months and I don't seem to be losing anymore, it is very frustrating. I have not been on the shakes for a few weeks, because I could not afford them, but saying that I have not gained any weight which is a miracle. But not being able to get below 90kg and staying there is getting me down a bit.

cheers

RE: Avoiding going back in for a weigh-in

Hun,:)

you go back and hold your head up high and tell the girls about

your concerns..:D

Hopefully they will be very supportive as I applaud your efforts

for coming back on board and BTW....WELCOME BACK!!:w00t:

RE: Avoiding going back in for a weigh-in

Dear Queenboxi,

Staying committed to any Weightloss Program is hard and we have all fallen off the wagon, we need to remind ourselves it dosen't matter how many times we fall off as long as we get back on. Going and weighing might just be the little incentive, boost you need. maybe change the routine you had in the past and have a chat the girls about a change. grab a magizine and treat yourself to some time out and plan your next week, 1 day at a time.

have a good day and go and im sure there is valid saying that should be inserted here, but i cant think of any at the moment.

RE: Avoiding going back in for a weigh-in

I know exactly how you feel, i have fallen off the wagon this week and my weigh in is tomorrow, i really dont want to go but i just keep telling myself that once i know, i can restart and aim for my goal - we are only human after all!

Good luck with with your weight loss journey

RE: Avoiding going back in for a weigh-in

I think most people on here can understand what you are thinking, but you do need to take ownership of where you are now and move on from here. When you are feeling at your strongest go into the centre and get weighed. You can do it!

Avoiding going back in for a weigh-in

Earlier this year i moved, the house i moved to was being renovated so i didnt have a sink or an stove for about 5 months. I found it really difficult to stick to TF and just stopped going in for weigh-ins.

I dont weigh myself at home but i can feel (and see) that ive put weight on. I'm now just procrastinating going in because I dont want to see the look of disappointment on the girls face, and i kind of dont want to know if i weigh more than what i started at.

I know its silly.

I lost 8kg in a few months to begin with, but i think im going backwards now.
