Wow Vic you are an inspiration! I have over 80kg to lose myself and it is people like you a Z who have made me realise it is possible. Congrats on such an amazing achievement! I cant wait to see you when you reach goal.

It is about time that I posted some pics of my ongoing transformation. I started this journey at 175.4kg (BMI 64.4) & am now a svelt LOL 125.1kg (BMI 46).

I am hoping to complete my journey by Christmas 2009.

Here are a few pics to start with. I don't think that I have any that were taken at the time of starting the programme, so this first one will have to do unless I can find one taken in April or May.
