My friend who I'm going with is overweight thinks dieting is a load of crap, so she doesn't actually know I'm on TF, and doesn't mention the fact that I've lost weight.

Anyway my problem being is that I'm concerned how to stay on track while away - mind you it's only for 3 days. I don't intend taking any shakes with me as I don't want to listen to her opinions on the subject whenever I have one.

Wondering if I just focus on low GI foods or does someone else have any ideas. We will be eating breakfast in the unit but out for lunch and dinner.

I will "not be a happy chappy" if I undo all my good work.

Subway

http://world.subway.com/Countries/NutritionFiles/AUS%209.2005.pdf
This is a link for the Nutritional info of Subway.

The salad dressings to have would be Mayo or Ranch, although only a little due to fat content.

Hope this helps some people.

Remember salad only, no subs or wraps.

Love salad

Anyone know what's ok to eat at love salad?
http://www.lovesalad.com.au/lover.htm

I totally love sumo salad, but I dont have one near me :(
Any ideas?

Eating out tonight for my sister's 30th

Hmmm....Going out for a pub meal tonight but i really don't want to fall off the wagon! It is all fresh chicken, grilled (not fried), so that is a bonus. I thought I would go there on the way home to see if there was anything that I could have on the TFWP. I picked up a Nutritional Information leaflet from them and also bought the 'Strip Pack' (4 strips) for $7.00 (had 3 strips to make up protein) and salad with it at home. I got asked if I was on the weight watchers program and using points (I don't know a thing about that) and to ask if I wanted to know anything. I would say that they are weightloss friendly, at least the lady I talked to was.
The taste was lovely, :Wow: try it.
