I love Subways but have given the rolls up and just now have the salads. Love them, but I take a serving of my own dressing in a tupperware container. I love the TF caeser salad dressing or Paul Newmans Classic dressing

RE: Subway

Thanks for the Subway nutrition breakdown. I had a salad for $6.60 tonight just to try it. It was big and tasty... lots of olives, some mild chilli/jalapenos and dill pickle, tomato, lettuce, carrot, and spanish onion (No cheese, wrap or protein). I managed to remember to ask for ranch dressing, but he was too quick for me to say "just a little". Anyone else have this salad? :)

RE: Subway

I love the roast chicken salad with a bit of avocado and I usually have the sweet onion sauce on top. I think we could all make better, yummy salads at home!!! The meat is also quite processed, other than the steak mainly. I think if it's your take out once a week..there is nothing wrong with a six inch wheat sub. You could do a lot worse!

RE: Subway

Morning everyone!!

Does anyone know if it is okay to have the veggie pattie at Subway??

Thanks

RE: Subway

I usually have Subway when we get takeaway which is usually once a fortnight.

I order the Subway Club - with ham, turkey and roast meat. I get all the salads including olives and pickles. I also get the advocado. I get ranch dressing.

Tonight I cheated a bit and got some grated chesse on it. hehe

IT WAS YUMMMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYY!!!!! If I'm taking it home, I always add my own dressing once I get home.
If I'm eating it out and about, I get the (skinless) roast chicken cut up into strips, and ranch dressing, but I really harp on at them to give me just a little.

I get pretty much all of the salads - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, carrot (because I don't really eat carrot outside my Subway salads), olives, onion ... no pickles or jalepenos for me though.

RE: Subway

hey guys just wondering what are ok to have on your salds from subway??

thanks

RE: Subway

thanks for info on subway sauces. i often have a salad with roast beef or tuna.... very filling and great value, but i have been going for the wrong sauce !!! i agree , you ask for a little and they still try to smother it. also didnt realise a little cheese was cheating.

RE: Subway

SUBWAY salads are a good alternative to making dinner!

RE: Subway

hey i just thought i would inform you that the wraps are no longer low carb either,

RE: Subway

Thanks alot for this info as i have been having a lot of subway since trying to lose the weight.
