Just an update for all the Geelong customers, you should have received a new letter, however if not we are now offering free postage for all orders to our Geelong customers.

If you wish to place an order please call 1800612644 we are open 24 hours through the week and 9am-10pm on the Weekends.

I for one am sorry for all staff at TWGeelong, you girls were all so nice and pleasant.....I hope for all your sakes this does sort itself out so you can have a better New Year, and all the best for Christmas regardless....I'm happy to buy on-line and have already done so......

Thanks heaps for your imput as we do tend to forget the inocent people caught in the middle of big shopping centre bureacracy.......

Hi Guys,

I am one of the staff members from the Geelong store and am just as disappointed that the store has closed as you are. The store had a few problems and those problems has caused the store to close really suddenly. Please order your shakes online, as you should have received a letter in the mail explaining how to do this and discounted/free postage.

All the staff at TWC Geelong wish we were there to help you, and hopefully something will be figured out soon.
Please just think of the staff this christmas or when you feel frustrated that you cannot get your shakes because we all lost our jobs only weeks before christmas and some are finding it tough at the moment.

Its not Tony Fergusons fault.....they operate out of TWC's across Australia but dont have control or a decision on their closures. Obviously it was something very sudden and they are working to a possible solution.

I for one, would not mind paying the additional postage, but would order over $100 just to save me that cost...and I will be doing so when I go on holiday for over a month in december. I also dont believe in scales in any case....but just go to weigh in out of curiosity when I go to purchase my shakes.

In the end isnt it the results that count??? you have the support of people on the forums and also the 24 hotline.....in the end if you fall off the wagon the only person accountable is yourself....there is no need to blame a clinic closing. Think of all the people that live in the rural areas that dont have clinics yet still do TF....having a clinic is a luxury and a bonus but its not a be all or end all.

The added postage is bad enough, but the lose of face to face support, weigh in and measurements is the worst of it. I could have gone on any old diet by myself, but joined TF because I knew I had the convenience of going in and getting professional assistance and support. I definetly do not feel as confident about the program as I did before

TF are offering $10 regular postage for Geelong people on the program. So I've had to order them.
I wish I knew what happened to TW, Westfield couldnt tell me why they are closed either.

Out of curiousity, how many geelong people are on here?

I saw that yesterday when I took hubby into town for a thrill, his first day out after his heart attack and surgery, first we lose the TF Clinic and now the TW Chemist, it must have been sudden to close seeing as the sign said "for those who have scripts held here, contact your loclal GP for new ones" ?????????

There is always online thank goodness, but it is an added expense for delivery but one I was always happy to pay because of the clinic closure some time ago....

Sorry Brad that you find yourself in this position. But please don't let it stop you from reachign your goal. Maybe contact TF and ask what is happening and let them know that you are not happy that the store has closed.

Hi folks.

I have been struggling to keep on the wagon of late and now that the Terry White Chemist has closed down its going to be even harder.

Does anybody know what happened at the Geelong store and i can't help feel that i've been hung out to dry. The affordability disappears when you have to pay postage costs.

Just my thoughts.
