As in maybe once every 3 - 4 weeks? And can we have :blink: normal chocolate as infrequently? And if so how much can we get away with having?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll probably have a billion other questions later, but those will do for now lol. I'm going to be doing a lot of exercise in the next couple of months (as opposed to none at all) so I was hoping that an occasional treat wouldn't hurt. Being allergic to dairy means I can only use the 2 flavours and I don't like the Espresso one, so that leaves me with one choice only. I brought the shakes with me etc...but gosh it was so hard that i stopped and ate whatever i wanted on holiday. I thought i had gained so much weight and felt bad but knew once i got back i would continue on the TF program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i had my 6th weigh in on Saturday and it only said i had gained 300grams to my astonishment and the lady was very rude and said she had to re check my bmi and do my height and weight measurement. She said i can't sell you anymore shakes as your BMI is now at 21. I  felt quite disappointed coz feel within myself i have about 3 more kilos to lose. I still look awful in a bikini btw lol.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So she booked me in to see someone to go onto maintenance. I have filled in the form and it says do you want shakes as snacks? How many shakes will they sell me if I am on maintanence? I have been very strict in what am eating. I have some occasional treat. I basically am having less than 5500 kj which is what my maintenance consultant wrote for me. I am strictly not eating any carbs for dinner! I am also exercising (power walking on the treadmill mostly) for an hour at least 4 times a week. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is, I want to lose 2 more kilos and I have been trying past several weeks to achieve that. My weight is just static. I haven't put on weight but am not losing any either. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If am consuming less than 5500 kjs a day and burning more than 2000 kj with my exercise routine, I should lose few hundred grams every week shouldn't I? So if I start incorporating carbs for dinner too, would I put on weight?? :w00t:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know I haven't got much to lose. Its only 2 kgs that I am aiming at. But that seems impossible *sigh*&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would welcome any suggestion or improvement to my diet. I went to a doctor to enquire about a mini tummy tuck, the apron over hang so to speak, but when he looked at me he said I was a candidate for a full tummy tuck and has referred me on.  I am wondering if anyone has had this done and what the pain threshold was, how long it took to recover, we you bedridden for ages, when could you get up and walk around?
