Hey, just an update for anyone. I called up there 1300 number to start the maintenance plan, she said you could go into the store or do it on the phone. It now costs $39.95. I did mine over the phone - it takes between a week to two weeks to receive your plan.

I did mine at the weightloss centre in Penrith (it was 15 months ago).

Don't know if it has changed, but they only did maintenance one day a week and you had to make an appointment. I believe the cost is now $30 ($10 when I did mine, inflation :P ).

Give them a ring and find out. You do need to allow about 45 minutes though and ask LOTS of questions.

That's a good question Kathryn? you used to be only able to get it via phoning the 1800 number? because it takes up to 45 minutes to do.. I'm assuming that's the only way still? someone else may be able to answer that better, it is 9 months since I did mine.....:unsure:

Can we get the maintenance program from our Tony Ferguson Weightloss and Wellness Centres.

I will be at goal in a couple of weeks and thought I would be taken care of by my regular ladies.

It shouldn't take too long for them to get back to you.... unless they are really busy I suppose. What they do is take into account your age, gender & weight to calculate total energy requirement for the day. From that they divide up into how many servings of what you need each day to maintain your weight.

Hi Nanny, I haven't heard a word from the TF staff yet. I posted a question in the staff forum last week asking how long it usually takes and I was asked to email all my details to them again, which I did. They said that they would pass the details onto the maintenance section. I also emailed the staff asking how much longer it would be before someone got back to be but I. have not had a response to the email either. I will have to ring them again to see what's going on

Thanks for the info, but how long does it take for someone to get back to you. I have been waiting a week for someone to call and I haven't heard a word. Luckily I still have a few weeks to go before I get to goal. Hopefully I will hear back before then.

Maintenance Plans

Hi All,

For anyone who has reached goal and is interested in us creating them a maintenance plan, you just need to do the following -

- Give the call centre a buzz on 1800 612 644 and let them know that you are ready for maintenance. We will then need your weight, your age and your height along with a few other details.

- An individually designed maintenance program will cost $30 so you will need to provide credit card details or send in a cheque for $30. Your credit card will not be charged until the day your plan is sent out to you in the post.

- We will send you your maintenance plan in the post so that you are able to go over the plan and have an understanding of it before you call us to create your menu and go over any questions you may have about your plan.

- For any other questions, just call us on 1800 612 644.
