Realistically this is about 6kgs, to get me to 70kg. Medium term goal is 65kg (11kg loss), long term 60kg (16kg loss).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm going to keep this blog to help me get through any tough stuff that I might incounter along the way. Feel free to join, support, ask questions or provide advise to me - the more the merry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently my weekly excerise consists of:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Monday - 90-120mins of soccer training&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tuesday - 45min spin class followed by 60min boxaise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wednesday - 90-120mins of soccer training&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thursday - 45min spin class followed by 60min boxaise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Friday - Rest&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Saturday - Soccer game - usually play full match 90mins&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sunday - Rest&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm thinking that Friday should no longer be a rest day, and I should have a PT on Friday morning because lets face it Friday afternoon after work is just not going to happen :hehe: Thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I've ordered a new batch on TF or ToFo as my partner calls it so I'll be starting back on shakes whenever it arrives.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as the wedding plans are going - everything seems to currently be according to plan. Mums being a little over involved and trying to get everything prefect for me, which is great cos its means she really cares but sometimes it's a little frastrating when I say no thanks and she does it anyway. Sigh it's okay. This weekend has a couple of hours put aside for wishing well creation. I'm making it out of 3 hat boxes. I am going to journal here each day just to keep myself honest. Exercise -  Went to Yoga Food - I have 2 protien portions  day - I had my shake, banana,TF beef Curry, Macciato, shake,2 liters water, chicken stir fry, orange, expresso shot. So I've started a new spring time challenge to get myself motivated. I realise its not officially spring yet but it almost is and thats good enough for me, hopefully ketosis will hit before its officially spring too. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So my new starting weight is 135.7kg  on 14.08.2012 :angry: (all that hard work undone!!!)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I want to be as close as I can to 100kg by Christmas 2012, I know thats pushing it pretty far (almost 36kg) but i'm up for a challenge. Its 19 weeks until Christmas so even if I can make 1kg loss per week I'll be happy. Long term It is 50 weeks until my next birthday and I want to be down to 80 kgs by then (Fingers crossed) thats 55.7kgs to go!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I'm determined to stick to this. Only two more weeks to register.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;http://www.tonyferguson.com/Master-Class-National-Terms.aspx&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Some things I found out when I signed up:&lt;br&gt;- if you complete the challenge with you TF Centre you get a $25 store voucher at the end!&lt;br&gt;- BUT you have to have spent a total of something like $250 over the six week period, which is $41.70pw if your chipping at it weekly,  ie roughly the cost of doing the program anyway.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Great timing for me because I've just started back on Tony as of the weekend and also am going on a cruise in about 8 weeks. &lt;br&gt;My favorite Tony centre is at Liverpool which is a 1hr train ride from where I live so its going to be a challenge to go in every Saturday for weigh in etc. But it should help keep me on track. &lt;br&gt;My consultant helped me work out some mini goals and rewards to keep me going.&lt;br&gt;I think this also calls for a blinkie! I know for me esp there are always recipes and ideas I see and think "I must try that", and don't always get around to doing it (have a whole folder full!).  I also know that when someone else recommends something, then I am more likely to give it a go + I find that by trying out new recipes it helps keeps the program exciting and gives me something to look forward to. Last week I did and is was yummy and a great snack, made it again at the weekend.  Then yesterday I also tried the zucchini &amp;amp; herb slice (TF vegetarian recipes).  Added 1/2 a grated carrot and some red capsicum to the mix.
