ok firstly go into your signature and highlight and remove the black writing on top of your ticker,

then try and click on the ticker to see if it takes you back to update it.....

otherwise just go back to Tickerfactory and pop in your pin and make anew one......

I am hoping someone can help me please....I have been getting a message to update which I have but I can't get the message to go any ideas please?

Also when i do my ticker/ruler the address is also on my page and I hate that!!!

Any advice would be fantastic.
