Did you get to go for a walk?  Well, Day 1 is over for me - did fine.  Fruit and veg during the day, lots of green tea (prefer it at the moment instead of water) and chicken/salad for dinner.  Went to Boxing and have woken up this morning with a really stiff back.  Great.  Feel really annoyed actually.  Am going to the gym to try and improve my strength/back etc, but the last 2 times I have been I end up aggravating my back.  Anyway, have a physio appointment tomorrow and I'm sure that will help.  I've also been trying acupuncture recently (any excuse to lie down in a quiet room for 1/2 hour) tee hee.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Am going to make a pot of zucchini/bacon soup this morning - I kind of lived on it first time around with TF.  It tastes yummy, fits in with the programme and helps satisfy my stomach.  What do you munch on to get you through the day?  Have you tried any of the pre-prepared TF meals?  I have bought some, but haven't tried them yet.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hoping all is well that end! Today was weigh in number 3 and I have lost .9 kg this week making a total of 4.5 kg so far, and I am still determined to lose 10kg by christmas but I am thinking I might be sabotaging this by having 4 Christmas parties to attend in the next couple of weeks so I am hoping to find something TF friendly to eat at them. I haven't been able to drink as much water this week either, perhaps this hasn't helped. I am laid up with Whooping Cough at home, and since home has the most temptations around, I survived with no cheating :) &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did have a couple of days with withdrawl symptoms from caffeine, as I am/was addicted to Starbucks Chai Latte's.  Any day could see me having between 2-3 large (venti) Chai Lattes, so I am glad I have not been craving them.  I have cheekily decided that there is not much difference between a small chai and a small cappacino (which we can have has a treat), so as my treat in any week where I lose over 1kg, I am allowing myself 1 small Chai.  OMG, my Chai this morning was fantastic, they haven't tasted so good for a long time :w00t:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was a little disappointed in my initial weight loss, as I have seen bigger losses around.  Earlier in the week I was showing a loss 4.5kg, but my Dr then put me on a cough medicine to stop this exhausting coughing, which is loaded with sugar! I am now just trying to use it once at night, instead of every 4 hours.  :unsure:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, Week 1 is a 3.6kg loss. I have been so good. I have stuck to the rules, and have been very disciplined. I had a very bad coke(coca-cola) habit that I had to kick, and apart from having excruciating head aches from the caffeine withdrawals, I havn't faulted at all, even when my partner is drinking his nice cold glass of coke, I have sat there and sipped my water. I have also had a few drinks of Sprite Zero. It contains no sugar and no carbohydrates at all, so it is a nice alternative to water at times when i feel like something with a bit of zing.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3&gt;I weiged in at day 10 and had lost 1.6 kg. I must admitt I was a little disappointed, as I was hoping for more than that, but I still have my eye on the 30kg loss. I work in a male dominated, uniformed job, and although we all get along really well, the snide remarks I get about my weight, on a daily basis, I must admitt I am fed up with. Not only was it convenient, it tasted great and it worked a treat.
