Plan your meals ahead, make sure you have plenty of TF friendly choices so you don’t feel like you are missing out. If you have a party or function to attend, try and check out the menu in advance and plan what you will eat around the day.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[b]Keep your water intake up[/b]&lt;br&gt;Make sure you drink your 2 litres of water a day – it’s easy to let the water slide when you’ve got lots of running around to do, so make sure you have a bottle of water on you at all time.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[b]Offer to bring a plate[/b]&lt;br&gt;If you’re going to someone’s place, offer to bring something and make it TF friendly. A nice bit bowl of grilled mushroom salad, a big plate of cut up raw veges with avo dip or lite philly cream cheese, some diet jelly – there are plenty of things that you can bring along to make sure you can make the best choices possible.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[b]Control your alcohol intake[/b]&lt;br&gt;A very important one! Alcohol is packed with empty calories and even worse, can damage your willpower – if you get hungry you may end up eating something you shouldn’t. Stick with vodka and soda water / Sprite Zero / diet soft-drink, dilute your white wines or low carb beers with some soda water, sparkling mineral water or Sprite Zero. Drink a large glass of water between each drink so you space them out and more importantly – keep your water intake up!&lt;br&gt;Keep track of how much you are drinking. If you drive it will also give you a great excuse not to get carried away.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[b]Don’t Stop Exercising[/b]&lt;br&gt;Keeping up your exercise regime will keep any extra calories at bay and if you're going on holiday, plan to take and early morning or afternoon walk every day, or even a swim if you’re lucky enough to be near a pool or beach.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[b]Get enough sleep[/b]&lt;br&gt;This one may seem a bit silly, but I think when you’re tired, it’s easier to make excuses not to exercise or plan your meals properly. It’s a big time of the year and it’s easy to run out of steam if you over-do it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[b]Serve yourself[/b]&lt;br&gt;Where possible, serve yourself when it comes to food and drinks. This will help you keep control of your portion sizes, what you are eating and how much you drink..&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[b]Step away from the food!![/b]&lt;br&gt;At any occasion there may be nibblies available, don’t stand near the food, if you’re a picker you’re going to start eating (or at least torture yourself out of having a good time!) I seem unable to have one piece of cake or one lolly or one chocolate bar etc. etc. (the list is endless!).  If I have just one then I'm off the wagon and running down the Binge Highway!!  I can't even manage to stick to 6 sugar free lollies!!  I have resisted buying them as I knew what would happen but a packet fell into my trolley the other day and I ate them all in one go and suffered really badly all night (really bad gas, stomach cramps etc).  That wouldn't stop me though!!  If another bag falls into my trolley I will do exactly the same again!  I wouldn't dare make the delicious desserts or things like Banana Bread as I would eat all four serves in one go!!  The reason I've done so well on this diet is that I don't have any treats!  I just won't be able to have one!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem is after being on the program for 3 months I'm getting a bit bored and am scared of falling off the wagon!!  And please don't tell me to have savoury treats as my moto is 'If its not sweet its not a treat!!' Ha ha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anyone with the same problem? I keep having the urge to eat, not because I'm hungry but because I'm bored. In reflecting on my week, I realise I haven't been having 2 shakes every day, or the two pieces of fruit every day. Some days I just have a shake, huge (acceptable) salad, and protein with huge (acceptable) salad or veges. Later on in the day we decided to stay for dinner as we do not see him very often. It is the week before TOM and know this is also affecting me. I've struggled so much lately and have promptly gained 7kg after ending another stupid relationship and come to the realisation I've "filled the void" with food - lots of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the lack of 'eeer intimacy' I've turned to food big time.  I'm normally (as in when I'm not addicted) a savoury person but recently I've wanted sweet, then savoury and then oooh I need something sweet now.  It's insane.  I actually went to the supermarket the other day for dog food and bought - licorice - ice cream - chocolate - yoghurt and of course dog food.  The only thing I didn't graze on that night was the dog food!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The weight gain is no surprise, Canteen Noodles, Hells Pizza, Ciabatta with lashings of Pate.  I've eaten terrible terrible things that would clog anyone's arteries, let alone a girl apparently trying to get under 100kg.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyhoo the reason I came to the realisation today is I really really wanted something 'BAD' to eat and I coudn't/didn't and I actually felt physically ill.  I was trying to figure out how I could get to the shops and back without anyone noticing (I'd already been late for the staff meeting).  I slumped back into my desk and chipped away at fresh strawberries which were devine, I didn't succumb, but BOY did I WANT that flat white and a couple of savouries.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope I can hold out for the week at least as I know if I can do a week, then another day will follow.  I'm so afraid of hitting 140kg again - but it seems perhaps not afraid enough to stop.  My main reason for wanting to lose is health related and a close 2nd to buy clothes with ease.  I'm not all that worried about how I look perse', that's not it.  Maybe health and clothing isn't enough hmmmmmmm, it really should be eh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for letting me vent.
