Is it the south african wine? Im in NZ just wondering if it is stocked here, this wine sounds like i need to taste it hehe

RE: LOW Carb Wine

Heya,

Thanks for that... I went to Dan Murpheys in QLD yesterday and they don't stock the McWilliam's line. They do, however offer a Lindemans low carb white wine with the cab sav at 0.68g of carbs per 150ml serve. The classic dry white is 1.2g of carbs per 150ml serve. They also have a red wine but I didn't get the info.

I asked my Tony Ferguson lady about it and she said the just research how mangy grams of carbs were in standard white wine (answer: 2.5g - 3.5g of carbs per 150ml glass). She then suggested to have a shake for breakfast, protein meal for lunch and skip the evening meal replacement.... Then I could have the whole bottle for my treats this week. :D

The Lindemans line is called "Early Harvest" and is also low joule.

Hope this helps.

CHEERS :)

RE: LOW Carb Wine

Apparently the red was not very nice - so they revamped it up ...
