You can make your own as I've said before...

all you need is a chicken breast with a pocket cut into the middle
low fat ricotta cheese and thawed (and well squeezed of water) frozen spinach
lemon juice and salt and pepper

stuff breast and secure with toothpicks and bake in oven till done...

I love to make mine with boned andskinned chicken thighs and instead of toothpics I wrap mine with a paper thin slice of proscuitto shown here in theis piccy I took...

hubby has 3 and I have 2, I choose 5 small ones.....

However I have looked at every coles within my reach and asked staff and no one can find it, so I wish you luck.

I remember reading that there is a stuffed chicken breast that coles sells that is T/F friendly, could someone let me know
