WOW!!! What a work out . Before I saw this post I had been contemplating hiring this DVD from our local video shop but instead of hiring it I picked up the 4 DVD set off ebay for $21, what a bargain . At first when I was browsing through i thought that this isn't going to make me all hot and sweaty , but after doing the first DVD in just over an hour I was feeling muscles that i haven't felt for a long time . The dance routines are not too hard to follow and it defiantly gives you an interesting and enjoyable work out . If you can get your hands on one grab it, it's fun and thats what exercise should be about . PS Just concerned about disc 4 with the chair routine , knowing my luck I will fall off at some stage or hubby will come home unexpectantly from work! Cheers
