| just reasking a question - we are allowed up to 3 cups of caffienefree diet coke a day - and my consultant said diet lemonade could be consumed for a change... does that mean any caffiene free diet softdrink? I bought a few different ones the other day including waterfords lemon lime and bitters and a diet creaming soda. I am thinking I could make a spider with the creaming soda and a scoop of sugar free icecream - for a treat

| these may help :O) Caffeine Limit caffeine intake, you may hove: . I cup of regular coffee OR 3 cups of decaffeinated coffee OR . 3 cups of regular tea OR 5 cups of green Tea . Unlimited herbal or decaffeinated Tea may be consumed softdrinks and diet cordials. which have a carb count of <1g/100g is going to be fine. Soft drinks should be diet and caffeine free.
but remember they are AS WELL AS your 2-3 litres of water, not in place of.... .

While I don't drink hot coffee at all (I do loooove Pepsi Max though), after travelling to the US last year for a couple of months & spending a fair amount of spare time in coffee shops scamming free wi-fi internet access; I became ADDICTED to iced coffee's/frappuccino's & continued having them daily when I got home - not a good idea! But I was literally just on the phone with my boyfriend who asked if my kick-off cold turkey caffiene-free headache from the last 24hours had gone (which it has! SWEEEET!) and whether the 'espresso shake' from breakfast was ok (hmm are they decaf? Maybe that's why the headache is gone! )... And I said THAT'S IT! This Sunday when he's having his enormous cafe purchased latte for breakfast, I'm cracking out the ice shaver/crusher & making my own Mocha shake Frappe (less the cream of course) at home! Technically it's just shake & extra water right?! Will let you know if it sucks

| Hi Leeda....I have a frappe style shake most morning. I love all the coffee flavours shakes. I just crush some ice, I use 200 ml of water to make my shake. I sometimes find the extra ice waters it down too much for my liking. I then use a hand blender to mix it up and it froths up really nice! I used to be addicted to Ice Break iced coffee and now I don't miss it at all! In fact I had one a month or so ago and I didn't really like it. It was too sweet! Good luck!
MAIN GOAL - THIS IS THE LAST TIME!
