 Started 07/09/06  Start Weight 103.8kg       Waist 116cm
           
05/02/07  89.8kg - Yahoo back to the 80's

            04/06/07  89.5kg - off Program since 05/02/07.
             12/06/07  ????coming back on program

1 year on TF 28.02.07 weight 69.7
maintenance program 1.09 07 = 70
restart 10.02.08 NO more bloody excuses tour weight = 81.5
2 years ..... lost 300 = 79.1

Hi Wendy, Hi Robyn

If you right click on the icon for the file with your mouse and select "save target as" and save the file to somewhere on your computer.  The easiest way is to save it to your desktop.  You should then be able to open the file and input your information, you will need to change the dates down the side to reflect your start date and each weigh in week after that.  Next to the date enter your starting weight and then each week enter your new weight and the spreadsheet will calculate the amount lost and display it on the chart on the right of the page.  If you need any other help with it just pm me.

Thanks I did end up getting.  I just logged onto my hubby's laptop and got it that way and then emailed it to my computer.  But hey I got it and that's the main thing lol
