I am so happy with the weight I have lost.  I love the Tony Ferguson program.  It has been the quickest and easiest weight loss I have ever had. I have dropped 2 dress sizes and am constantly amazed.  I am almost 1/2 way to my goal and intend to see it through to the end.

WEEK ONE: 20/10/08 107.5 kg waist: 96cm (lost 2.9 kgs )
WEEK TWO 3/11/08   106.7 kg    waist 94cm (lost 800gms)
WEEK THREE: 10/11/08 104.9 kg waist 93.5cm (lost 1.8kgs)  Bought myself a set of digital kitchen scales as a reward.
WEEK FOUR: 17/11/08 102.9 kilos waist 92cm (lost 2 kilos)
WEEK FIVE: 24/11/08  100.9 kilos waist 90cm (lost 2 kilos) 
WEEK SIX: 1/12/08       99.9 Kilos waist 90cm (lost 1 kilo)
 To lose 10 kilos b4 Christmas. 
  Bought myself some digital bathroom scales.
Clothes Size: 16-18 top and 20 bottom
 
SUMMER CHALLENGE - I PLEDGE 10 KILOS DURING DEC & JAN
 
WEEK SEVEN: 8/12/08  98.5 kilos waist 88cm (lost 1.4 kilo)
  To fit into my black jeans again (size 18) OH MY GOD THEY FIT ME!!!!! Along with a whole heap of other pants. Happy dance!!!
WEEK EIGHT: 15/12/08 Did not weigh - on holidays
WEEK NINE: 22/12/08 95.7 kilos waist 86cm (lost 2.8 kilos)
WEEK TEN: 29/12/08 Did not weigh - on holidays
WEEK ELEVEN: 5/1/09 94.4kilos waist 87cm (lost 1.3 kilos) Not bad!!
  My reward was a really good hair trim and got my eyebrows waxed.  Feels so much better!
 
Summer Challenge 5.7 kilos of my 10 so far. 

WEEK TWELVE: 12/1/09 ?????

 To lose 20 kilos before school goes back in 2009.

Thanks for that.  I tried doing it myself but got all lost in the formulas.

Goal 1 - 100kg 

Goal 2 - 95kg

Goal 3 - 90kg

Goal 4 - 85kg 

Goal 5 - 80kg or a size 14

Re-evaluate
