| I forwarded the Thai Beef Salad recipe onto my D-I-L and both she and my son were totally delighted with it. As for the nutritional value of any recipe, well that's easy to work out yourself, especially now that you have the website to do all the work for you, much easier than the old days when all you had was a calorie count book and a calculator! I actually do it with almost every recipe that I 'concoct' - I've always been big on knowing what's in the food I eat, and serve to others.

Hmmmm, not too bad at all for just 12 weeks. I'm happy!
This has been the best 'diet' I've ever been on .. .. all I did was eat!

| Well guys, I just received my monthly package in the mail with this new leaflet saying they were doing a recipe of the week - well - HOW BLOODY FANTASTIC! I have looked at the recipes on the website but i find them very annoying because a) they never say how many they feed b) some of the ingredients in the recipe are not listed in the list of ingredients (i got caught halfway through a recipe once and had to dump it all, i wasn't a happy camper that day - but i've never been caught since) c) some of the recipes don't actually say how much to use, or how to prepare it. It feels very much like a bit of exploring, rather than cooking. Or maybe that's just an indication of my cooking skills - I'm ok, but if i have a recipe i want to follow it until i've made it a few times. Anyway, bitch session over - but if you guys can do anything about that - I would feel soooooo much better. BTW the recipe of the week is a great idea - i can't wait to try the thai beef that everyone has mentioned.
What becomes of the Broken Hearted????
Well they pick themselves up and start again don't they! ........................Eventually.
