Not sure if this is still a valid area as there does not seem to many postings. You asked about reduction in medication. I have had fibromyalgia for 13 years and have to take pain killers, anti inflams and have regular remedial massage to keep me going. I have reduced my aniti inflams, have not taken pain killers for some time. I have had to cut back my massage due to other issues, but have found this is ok, so it is cut by about half. Surely this is a case for taking the GST off.

I have been doing TF for a short while now and am finding it hard to drink the shakes, especially over the weekends as we are never home so I become weak and eat unhealthy food. My husband is also complaining about eating so many vegies.
Tried some of the recipes from the TF cookbook which turned out great.
We watched the Bodytrim DVD's last night (borrowed from Mum) and it looks great. One of the girls at her work has lost 25kgs over the last 4 months.
Has the same low carb ideas but you eat 6 protein meals/day which appeals to me as I have been missing eating real food. Am sick of the shakes after only 4wks.
I congratulate all that have stayed on TF for months and months and lost truckloads of wright.
As I need to lose lots of weight I thought it would be better to go for a long term program and eat real food.
So am thinking of trying the Bodytrim program as well.
