| I was just in my bathroom, and i thought shaving my pits and legs was nessersary. Anyhoo, I can actually shave my pits without having to pin half my arm skin to my nose Then I thought if I don't shave my legs I'll have to call Greenpeace to obtain logging rights !!! I just lifted my leg up onto the sink and off I went. Purfect job too I might add. I guess to some people this means nothing, but to me it means everything. It's been over 10 years since I could shave my own legs !!!!!!!! Just simple little things I notice that I can do now, like the above like checking the mail without having to have a nanny nap, or hanging out the washing in one go. What about you.????? What do you find easier to do, that others take for granted.?????? Tell me I want to know, cause I am a sticky beak, and I have to know everything LOLOL Yours in hairles legs and pits, Robyn (Robot)

Hi Robot!!
I admire your achievements! Congratulations!! Mine are along your lines too.
I can roll over in bed without creating a slight earthquake.
Collect the morning paper up the driveway, without catching my breath and having to stop and read it before I can walk inside again.
Get out of a chair gracefully.
I'm told that I don't snore any more...from a grateful husband...and children who sleep up the hallway!
I shop with such self satisfaction when I fill my trolley with all my fruit, vegetables, fish etc and NOTHING I shouldn't!!
Returning to the fold...and hoping for a miracle or two!!!!
The bottom line is...we must do this for ourselves, first and foremost!

You're hilarious Robyn. Thanks for the visuals I can now fit in the bath with water (always helps!!) and not use my hips as a dam. Crouch down and get up without having to use anything for support. Cross my legs like a lady and not a bloke having the top leg drop on an angle towards the floor and not stick out to the side.

STARTED TF 24/06/06 = 107.5KG LOST 17.3 KILOS IN 13 WEEKS!!! STARTING AGAIN PHASE 2 - 17/11/06 = 91KG 23/11 - 1kg = 90kg 15/12 -0.3kg = 89.9 22/12 - 0.8 = 89.1 24/12 -0.8 = 88.3 27/12 +1.2 = 90.2 (interim weigh - Ooops! | I love a good sense of humour and you certainly have that Robyn. Anyway I would say doing my exercises as in walking, situps and air walker without huffing and puffing. My walk is longer now and feel so at ease doing it all. Shaving legs is always a bonus especially when you can just bend over without causing a hernia. With some clothes that actually fit me now, just being able to do the zips up and then with other clothes that are too big for me, just watching them slip on down your body after doing them up But most of all I think just going out into this great big world and not being ashamed of they way you look anymore. Well that is it for me I think
