ash_is_gonna_do_it (26/01/2009) SandraDee...I just wanted to say if I'm reading your table correctly, you've lost 10+kg, which is totally not a 'small' amount, its awesome and be proud! Thanks hun - it still feels like a small amount to me. Except for my mum saying my face is thinner I'm not really all that different. But this is the most I've lost consequtively for quite some time so I'm proud of that. I think when I hit th 20kg mark I will notice moreso as right now I'm pretty much wearing the same clothing size...couple of things getting loser of course :O) So other than my ankles not swelling quite so much (they still do a little) there is nothing I find 'really easy' that was difficult before ~ not yet Thanks for the comp

| I noticed in the shower the other day I just bent over and exfoliated my feet and ankles for a while. It wasn't until I was done that I thought 'sheez, that was actually pretty easy'! :O)

| I love... Being able to buy clothes in the smaller sizes rather than the largest ones (still getting used to this one, I keep grabbing the size 16's rather than the 8's - guess my mind will catch up with my body eventually!) When on an aeroplane having to make the seatbelt smaller rather than having to extend it! And feeling comfortable in the seats for long flights. That my husband likes to pick me up and carry me around the house, because he now can... That I can cross my legs easily and like a lady Being able to stand up from sitting on the floor gracefully And best of all....having so much more energy, I feel so much more capable now Watch out world!

one of the differences i have noticed is when parking my car i don't need to park more to the left anymore to make sure i have room to squeeze out without my car door hitting the one next to mine, i now own a belt due to the fact that i thought ooh its getting cooler i will dig out my fav jeans to wear today and they are no longer my fav they looked awful on me all saggy and baggy making me look like i had a stomach that hung to my knees. Also being able to trim downstairs without the use of a mirror lol

| I just wanted to BUMP this post up as I think we all probably have something - no matter how small - we could add :O)I haven't lost much more since my last post in Jan, been up and down a little *lot* BUT - I can now wear boots! ok, so they have some stretch in them but this time last year I couldn't even get stretchy ones to fit HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY - boots open up a whole new winter wardrobe!

| I look foward to: ~Being able to look the skinny customers in the eye as I serve them. ~Buying sexy lingere. ~Swapping clothes with my bestie. (she is a size 12) ~Going swimming with my bestie and not feeling like a whale. ~Liking myself. ~Feeling sexy in front of my partner. ~Buying my first dress/skirt ever. ~Having the energy and confidence to act like a 22 year old. ~Looking in the mirror and smiling. ~Having people say something other than, oh you've got pretty eyes. ~Buying the clothes that I want not just the ones that fit. ~Being able to sit on my girlfriends lap without feeling like I am crushing her. ~HUGSSSSSSSSSS. ~Sitting in public and not feeling I have to keep something in front of me to hide the rolls. ~Walking without having my eyes down and arms folded in front of me. ~Being able to get up the 36 steps to our apartment without panting. ~The extra life I am giving myself to spend with my love.
 Not Letting Myself Down Again.

| there are definately things that im finding easier, Um.. going up and down the stairs, i can do it faster with less effort, squatting, i know it sounds silly, but i can squat to get something out of a cupboard, and i dont feel like im going to snap my ankles getting up... Sitting on a chair with no pants on lol.. it doesnt cut into my bum like it used to cause well Im not sitting with that extra 30kgs like I used to lol.. I have also found that my children dont feel as heavy either, I dont know why, but i could never carry my 15kg toddler, but now he seems lighter lol.. and my chunky baby who is almost 8 months, I didnt realise he was getting very fat, cause he didnt seem all that heavy to me, but i got him weighed and he is 9.4kgs.. OMG.. fat stuff lol.. Yes, life is alot easier now, But NO i cant shave my own legs, well i cant do it in the shower, only because i have VERY low blood pressure and cant bend over like that, cause I fall over.. lol.. Because i have lost weight so fast, my blood pressure has dropped, and hasnt stabilised yet..
