Well done to you on your achievements. I guess for me, it's just the fact I can wear nicer clothes and feel comy in them.
Also I feel I can walk better. Whilst I didn't have as much to loose as other people on here did, my mobility has slighty increased for the better. I always found walking long distances difficult due to my disability but don't find it as bad now. Still hard though, but that will never change.

Well done to everyone on their achievements.

I can see my feet in the shower!

I can go up and down stairs without excrutiating pain in my knees.

I can sit on the floor without needing a crane to get me up again.

My boobs are bigger than my stomach I actually have a waist.

I can look myself in the mirror and like the person I see (well, most of the time anyway).

Crying with laughter!!!!

I enjoyed fitting into the seats at the cinema much easier

I like my belly not sticking out more than my boobs, although I look forward to it being much further in than boobs!

I like wearing my wedding ring and my watch again and I will look forward to getting the ring re-sized as we have only been married (2nd time each) for 4 years now.

I like seeing that chin disappearing. Is it just us, or do chins start to go very quickly on this plan?

I like looking younger, with eyes that are coming out of hiding!

My husband likes trying on old clothes, he is losing his gut much quicker than we expected

Great idea this forum, keep them coming!

We both started 29th Nov 2006, and we love doing TF at our own pace. We have TF for breaky most days, and follow the principles most days of the week. We have been keeping the weight off pretty well along the way.

My details - height 175cm age 46 - Started at 111 kg, now at 83 kg - would like to get to mid 70's.

My hubby - height 188cm age 49  - Started at 120 kgs, now at 97 kgs - goal around high 80's.

     Thanks Mally!

firstly crossing my legs without either propping my ankle on my knee or wedging my foot against something.  Sitting in plastic chairs without lifting them up. wearing tank tops/sleeveless tops/dresses and being comfortable.  Am looking forward to not having to wear control briefs/bike shorts under dresses to stop chaffing! makes a cool skirt/dress so much hotter (temp wise)

Just the simple thing of pulling my dress pants up, before it was like shaking the hips from side to side (then checking the earthquake site on the net for any new tremors in QLD) just to shuffle everything in.  They would be so uncomfortable to wear especially sitting down, now I can wear them with ease, and I can pull them up no worries. Still have the tummy to pull them over of course, but its so much easier now.

Me giving it another go!!! Thanks Mally
