Hey, All Just looking through some of the recipes being submitted and they all sound delish. All I would like to say to everyone who is posting recipes on the forum, if you could please add quantities next to your ingredients, especially with the protein serve. We need to make sure that they comply with each individuals protein serve. Men 220g of protein, Women 120g of protein. So if a recipe serves 4 it should say 4 x 220g of (whatever the protein is) Males OR 4 x 120g of (whatever the protein is) women. Thank you.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind Regards, Shorty - Tony Ferguson Staff Weightloss Practitioner Maintenance Consultant

| Hi, The recipe is in the main recipe index but I copied it here for you. Vanilla and Apricot Cookies 1 shake makes approximately 3 medium cookies. Eat as an alternative to your morning/lunchtime shake and a serve of fruit. Ingredients 1 Vanilla Shake 5 Dried Apricots Simply Fibre Water Sweetner (Equal/Splenda) Method - Pre-heat the oven to 180c
- Add enough water in a bowl to make the vanilla shake powder into thick dough-like mixture.
- Cut up 5 dried Apricots and add them to the mix
- Add 2 teaspoons of Simply Fibre and mix in well.
- Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes
- Gradually mix in enough water until the mixture can hold a peak.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture into three flat circular shapes.
- Bake for 10 - 12mins on 180c (be mindful to watch them!)
- When the biscuits cool - they will be crispy on the outside & soft on the inside.
- Sprinkle with sweetner (Equal/Splenda) if desired.
cheers Juz
