| Hi I use cottage cheese all the time as i love it but do agree 200grms is whole lot so i half it and have it with half a serve of something else like 50grms of ham or smoked salmon etc usually in salad. You can also use to stuff things like mushrooms and capsicum add some herbs its quite nice and you can do scrambled egg with it but be careful of how much you use so you don't go over your protein limit. I don't know if its recommended to do what iIdo so check with a professional but just thought i would share. Have fun. Sumo

Thanks everyone for your hints. I add alittle to my salad or mix with with avocado to make a nice topping on meat and veg. But only a small amount and i have remember to lessen the amount of meat i have with the meal.I small amount is very tasty and takes care of my cheese cavings but 200grms would make my tummy roll and go spat
