| Hi there, if you would like to post what you are eating and drinking, we might be able to help. For a start, we are only supposed to have 2 pieces of low GI fruit, not 3. The fruit is optional and the weight loss is quicker if you don't have it at all, it contains quite a lot of carbs. Also, the weight loss will depend on your eating habits before TF and the amount you have to lose. Some lose fast..some like me slow. I hope we can help you...

I think it is much harder when you have a relatively healthy diet before. I have always had skim milk, low fat everything. It was the cakes and coffees that was my undoing. I would try to cut out the fruit and see what happens. Have a DD lolly when hunger hits. Try to get plenty of salad into you and keep up the water, let us know what happens.

| Hi, I would ensure that you are having lots of high fibre vegies in your diet - as this should increase your weight loss. I replace meat with beans on some nights (they have about 10% fibre), have lots of broccoli and also try high fibre fruit like pears and apples (with skin). This will help to keep everything moving through your body and help with water retention.
