| Hi, It's my second week on the prog and I started with a BMI of 43% which is pretty high and was told that I should have another serve of protein at lunch time to get my metabilism going. I didn't do it the first week and lost 2.5kg and am now trying it the second week but am scared that it's going to stop me from loosing weight. I would love to hear from anyone that has done the same and how you did it. Thanks heaps
