Hi,  It will be a week on Monday that I have been on the Tony Ferguson diet.  I found the first week to be a bit of a challenge because I have been lacking in energy, feeling tired all the time.  The last two days I have had to have a nap before picking up the kids from school.  Hopefully this will pass.

Way to go Griffo

I will be starting the progamme next week (been waiting for pay day).  I read the forums every night - just for inspiration.

I am sure you will continue to do well.  Good luck with your weight in.  I am sure once the headaches stop you will start to feel good - Keep up with the water intake , they help with headaches.

Welcome Griffo, and congratulations on taking the leap.

The first week is the hardest, so hopefully it will be plain sailing for you from now on. Sometimes if I feel a bit tired, I find that a walk around the block makes me feel better than a nap does. (also are you taking your vitamins?)

It looks like you have lost 3kg's already, so you are off to a great start.
