whitetiger and myself are starting the TFWP shakes this Saturday.

Our shakes arrived today. Happy happy campers! Picking them up from the Post Office soon, missed the delivery.

We picked Saturday to start because we need to go shopping for any vegies and stuff we can have that we don't already have in our respective pantries.

We cleaned them out. Yep, emptied out our pantries and fridge. They are almost bare, but they will soon be filled with our yummy new shakes. And fresh fruit and veg. And herbs and spices and other yummy stuff I have never cooked with before. This going to be fun!

Can you tell I am excited.

We are finally doing this! Taking control is one of the most important things I can see us doing right now. Taking control of our future. Our healthier, leaner and smaller future.

PS. We are spending the first few days of this program apart, till the sugar/caffeine withdrawal headaches stop. (So we don't kill each other, a relationship isn't so much fun when one of the parties have killed the other). We can support each other via phone until then.

I too am starting tomorrow and decided to start on a Saturday so the headaches etc can be on the weekend not at work. At least at home I can have a lie down - whereas at work I would snap and tell them all to get #%^&@#.     lol

Have fun guys,  enjoy your shakes (exciting isn't it).  I will be looking forward to reading your weight loss in weeks to come.
