| OK ...I'm having a little bit of trouble going to the ... well you know ... and I put psyllium in my shakes everyday, but it just doesn't seem to be working. What else can I do - coz I'm just bloated up and feel horrible. Sorry for the subject. 
 Starting weight - 119 kg Waist - 107cm Bust - 107 Hips - 114.5 Starting BMI - 35.9 Week 1: 117 kg - 2kg loss My short term goal - by Christmas

Hi Butterflybaby, first of all are you drinking all the water? Secondly, if you are, I'd think about buying the TF simplyfibre - it's brilliant! Works wonders and you get used to the taste of it in shakes. I ran out and just got some metamucil - but it's yuk in shakes after the fibre! Cheers

Hi Yes I drink at least 3 litres of water a day, the psyllium twice a day in my shakes, and still not going. I was hoping to hold off on getting the TF fibre stuff, and letting the psyllium do its stuff ... but it's not. I may have to order some in my next order.  Thanks Maryanne

| try 4-5 Caramel chews a day, that helps. I had a terrible problem like you and I was drinking all the water AND using the simply fibre. I had to resort to normicol Boy is that aweful!

| Hi! I've been on the program for 3 weeks and i use the TF Simple Fibre and find that works for me. Good luck!

hi i have IBS and i use to take the physilian husk stuff but when i started this i stopped ans started the simply fibre and really noticed a difference. before TF i would go every second day and now i put it in my shake and within about 2 hours i go i have never been so regular. i also sometimes if i have my meal at lunch then at night with my shake i have more fibre and the same thing happens i figure that is getting lunch out of me so nothing storing up. the dd lollies are a great idea to that will definatly get something moving  your right this isn't a nice topic but it is one that we all go through. Thanks for the ideas girls  Pat ... are we allowed to have that many caramel chews a day - coz the sweet tooth in me loves them and I've been keeping them at arms length for that reason. LOL. I'll get some of the simplyfibre in my next order - give that a try  Ta Maryanne

| I think the limit is 5-6 per day of the chews. That is what I usually have & it hasn't worried my losses. Pat

| Hi , How much fibre are you using and is it the T F one ? I would reccomend two heaped teaspoons in your shake in the morning and if need be maybe at lunch as well. You shouldn't be constipated with the programme but are you drinking your water ? Colon Cleanse by Blackmores is another idea from your "Terry White Chemist" of course !!
