Hi there, oh boy do I know where your coming from, I was fine for the first 3 months on the program, then all of a sudden one day it all stopped.. I have tried everything you can think of, and am drinking 3 litres of water also, I have had to resort to blackmores peritone to make me go, it sux, and I would love to find a solution also.. Um, the chews dont work, and your only allowed 3 chews/day, or 6 hard lollies/day.. So 3 wont really do anything, believe me, lol, i tried last night.. I think that maybe some people like us, our bodies have other things going on, and its not a lack of fibre at all.. Cause no matter how much fibre I have, and how much water I have, nothing works.. Gosh I hope we find a solution.

Dear Beadlover,

Unless you have an intolerance to gluten or are a ceoliac customer, we strongly recommend you use our Tony Ferguson Simply Fibre in conjunction with the program. It contains both soluble and insoluble fiber including Rice bran, Oat bran and Pysllium husk. Having a combination of both these types of fibre assists with the bind and push process, promoting regular bowel movements ensuring a happy and healthy bowel. Simply Fibre also contains 2 herbs, Slippery Elm and Red Clover. Slippery Elm is a soothing herb, good for irritations and also some bowel disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome and diverticulitis.

It is equally important when consuming fibre to consume an adequate amount of water to prevent constipation. If you would like more information about Tony Ferguson Products, or if you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Customer Support Centre on 1800 612 644.

Kind regards,

Renee TF
