unfortunately, dairy is a no.
It is your choice if you do have some as a treat but it may slow your weight loss.

As yummy as cream may be it is unfortunately a no no on the program even if it is light! Dairy is still quite high in carbs and even though it may be low fat it is generally still high in energy (kJ). As this is a low carb and low calorie program therefore most dairy is out of the question other than ricotta or cottage cheese. However if you decide you would like ricotta or cottage cheese it must be used as your daily protein serve.
