| wow You are unreal. I have just started and I am SO worried that 1 I can do it and 2 I can keep it off. My family have told me this is the last time Im so much a seesaw dieter I lost 30kils not on TF about 5years ago now Im 98.8 again I have been on Tf for nearly 2 weeks and Im 94.4. Thanks for posting those pic's and encouraging me xoxox
