| I started on the shakes on Wednesday. I'm amazed at how easy it is to stick to the plan. I thought it would be really hard (if not impossible). I have been able to say "No!" to all sorts of things - even chocolate!! Thanks for all the inspirational posts - and seeing those tickers moving is a great motivator. Let's lose it!
