| I would love to know if everyone receives an identical food plan as I suspect they do. I hope people will post theirs so we can compare. Thanks!

| hi, yes like the other posts I done SureSlim several years ago and didnt like it one bit, it was too restrictive... Everything had to be weighed to the last gram!! No bread, pasta, rice, potatos at all!! Natural Yogurt with Flaxseeds for breakfast (YUK)..... I stuck to it as best I could and when I didnt lose what they expected me to lose they told me I wasnt committed enough and so I told them where to go and ended up getting half of my $800 back.... Then last year a friend done the SureSlim program and after having bloodtests, we compared diet sheets and they were identical... According to them I was allergic to Carbs and needed to avoid them completly!! I have since compared my results and my friends to two other peoples program and so far all the same!! I wouldnt waste my money or time with SureSlim, it doesnt teach you anything about food!! I was starving the whole time I was on the program!!
 Started 19th January, 2009..... 140kgs currently 94.0kgs!!! TOTAL LOST ... 46.0KGS YAY!! *1st Goal is to get to 130kgs by the 5/3/2009!: ** 2nd goal is to be 120kgs by the mid JUNE 2009 *** 3rd goal is 115kgs by mid - August 2009 **** 4th goal is 110kgs by 28/9/ 2009 ***** 5th goal is 105kgs by 23/11/2009 ****** 6th goal is 100kgs by March 2010 ******* 7th Goal is 95kgs by mid May 2010 ******** 8th Goal is 90kgs by 19/7/2010

I haven't tried SureSlim myself, but EVERYONE I've spoken to about it has said that they were given exactly the same diet as their friends that did it when they were completely different body types etc. I haven't heard of anyone that's had a slightly different diet, and that can't be a good sign. And $800 before you get any results... That's a bit rich! I've heard that it's because you're buying a way of living rather than actual product, but if that's the case and the diet works you'd think it'd cost less as more people would be inclined to do it *shrug*. I know TF isn't an insta-loss diet for most people, but I'd prefer the slow and steady results that it provides without feeling like I'm living on a diet that I couldn't sustain.

Original Goal Weight 75kg... Still going down

| I've never tried Sureslim but i just want to say that it is terrible that so many people's program was the same but had different results in the blood tests. Gee, If they want you to take a blood test they could at least give you the right info. hmm, guess ill never be tryin that one.

| Hiya I paid my $800 to Sure Slim a few years back and never really got stuck into the lifestyle. Although diets are personalised, to a degree, these are the basics: - 5 hours between all meals
- No snacks
- No eating after 8pm
- Lowish Carb and Low GI plan
I found it a bit unsociable not eating after 8pm, waiting 5 hours and all the malarky! I also don't see how not snacking helps your metabolism, yet in saying that I'm friends with Rutene who is on the ads here in NZ and he's lost over 100kg! Awesome man. My best friend also lost and has maintained the loss of 35kg - she lost this over 3 years ago now. So, like all diet plans or changes in lifestyle it's about finding one that suits both your personality, wallet and lifestyle - I strongly believe they all work if you stick to 'the rules'. ...it's up to us in the big picture though whether those rules suit us
147.8 - GAWD HOW DID I GET HERE!!! 142 - no prize should never have weighed this much! 137 - back in the game, get nails done 132 - new clothing item 127 - hair highlights 122 - wardrobe cleanout ALOT of clothes I haven't been able to wear for 5years or more . . GOAL 95kg (size 16/18) - a healthier, happier painfree sandradeee Overall Weightloss Ticker

I tried Sureslim all I got out of it is $900.00 down the diet made me sick and there was no support. I beleive the company has also gone broke as well. Dont fall for it its the worst diet ever and a waste of money big time. The weight does not come off that fast and you put it all back on when you stop.

You will always put all the weight back on from any diet if you go back to the way you used to eat. - My bestie reminded me that our plans were slightly different in that I could have 2 wraps and she could only have one, that was the only difference.

Oh yeah ... been there done that. It worked even though I was really upset about having to fork out $800.00. I even got down to around 77kg which is amazing for me but then I ended up in the Alfred Hospital for 2 weeks and my "consultant" (I use the term loosely) moved and it was all phone stuff. Got a phone call each week and no support from that ... then the phone calls just stopped!!!! That was while I was in hospital and recovering and there was never any follow up so it all just ground to a halt and all the weight went back on. Along came TF and it certainly works until you go and binge!!!!!
