Can you please help?  After just 10 days on the programme, I've started to get quite severe headaches.  I've cut down on the coffee [just 1 cup a day - can't do without that first one] from drinking 4 or 5 cups a day.  Also, I feel a bit more 'sluggish' this week.  Is this just a passing thing?  thank you, millie

they usually hit well before the 10th day, I had them really bad for the first 3-4 days. As the body get rid of the toxins they should disappear. You are able to take panadol, so don't suffer.

Hope you are feeling better soon,

Pat

Make sure you're drinking all your water to help flush out your system.  I got headaches after the first week, but they soon settled down.  By all means, take something for them, you don't have to put up with them.

Hi there

Sorry to hear you have the dreaded headaches, I am in week 6 and still suffer them occasionally. I second the whole water drinking thing, I find I need much more than the 2 litres or I get them so I have 3 or more a day and sometimes a pain killer and that works for me. good luck. Sumo

If I start to get headaches, I majorly increase my water intake. Works for me!
