I have to say that the thought of yet another diet jelly just bored me to tears but deciding to join the program just six days ago I decided to give them a try and they have certainly worked at reducing any craving I thought I would have had. Their is no diet taste to them either which is a huge plus. I have tried all flavours accept the lime but it will certainly be on my list tomorrow when I go in to weigh and stock up. I took my measurements this morning and have lost 19cms so am anxious to get on the scales.
