Can any one advise me? I have just finished my 2nd day on the TF diet (LOVE THE SHAKES ) and tomorrow evening we are going to a Maylasian Restaurant in a large group to celebrate a friends birthday. I think that I can sit with one glass of wine all night, (though I do love my wine ) but would be very grateful for any advise re the menu. I know to keep away from the rice, bread and dessert, but some dishes may be better than others? One never knows what is lurking in the sauces! It's such a shame that this is happening during the 1st week, but I want to do minimal damage if possible! Thanks

Hi i think you just have to stick to mainly vegi dishes and make sure you only have a small amount of meat as it gets hard to figure out if you have had your 100g or not.
And dont get the creamy dishes.
