What a stunning couple you are ! Klubby is looking great and we all now know what a sweetie he is with his lovely tribute to you!  Melinda xxx

Start date 26 April 2006 - 94.1 kg

Reached goal 29 Oct 2006 - 74.1 kg (lost 20kg)

Now back 2 yrs later in September 2008 (last of several "restarts")as 10 kg has "slipped" back - new goal a more reasonable 76.6 (my birthday is 7-6-66) and see how we go from there! First goal to get back into the 70's & fit back into my size 12 jeans!

Happy Birthday to Klubby!

He is so stunningly different looking now, it is just so great to see.

We both started 29th Nov 2006, and we love doing TF at our own pace. We have TF for breaky most days, and follow the principles most days of the week. We have been keeping the weight off pretty well along the way.

My details - height 175cm age 46 - Started at 111 kg, now at 83 kg - would like to get to mid 70's.

My hubby - height 188cm age 49  - Started at 120 kgs, now at 97 kgs - goal around high 80's.

     Thanks Mally!

Klubby you have a whole new look after weight loss. Congratulations 1. for losing all your weight to goal. 2. for being a wonderful support to your very own Klutzy .

You two both seem to have the perfect recipe to make things work for you both.

Well done!

Me giving it another go!!! Thanks Mally
