Looking forward to seeing everyone's results 1/5 and on the 1st of each month thereafter and hope to see lots more people join us by then.  Melinda / Mindy xxx

Hi Everyone,

Just had my first official Maintenance weighin and I was 73.2kg.  My original goal was 80kg achieved last October.  Since then I have lowered it to 75kg and now have decided that I want to get to 69kg so I am quite happy to just chip away at that.

Good luck to you all.

Henny

Oh wow i am very impressed by everyone's results.  I just hopped on the scales and am not too happy to report 77kg, that is 2kg above my goal of 75 acheived October 2006.  I actually got to around 72-73 at some point but did not like how i looked in the face so have decided 75 is the go.  Well, i am all revved up now to have a better report for you on 01 June.

Keep those results coming !  Melinda xxx

WTG everyone.

I weighed in at 69.8kg this morning, 200gm under goal weight.  I am happy with that.  Maybe like to go a kilo or two lower to give myself a buffer.

Thanks Mal, you're my hero!

I'm a couple of days late, but I am only weighing in on a Thursday at the moment (trying to stop stressing about the weight fluctuations).

I am sad to say I am 74.4 which is 4.4 over my goal. I am struggling with no exercise at the moment. My knee is giving me hell (off for another injection today) and I really need the exercise to keep it under control. Haven't been eating badly, even sticking to the original maintenance plan didn't shift anything. As I mentioned I am giving CS a go at the moment to see if that shakes it up.

Hopefully, better results next month.

Pat

Hi Pat, i am not glad that you gained but i am glad that i am not the only one that is over goal, at least we are aware of it and we have a whole new month now to knuckle down and try our hardest.  That is no good about your knee, i knew you had a shoulder problem but not knee - arrgghhh falling apart.  I have gone back to the shakes as of yesterday but am that hungry its not funny , it is so much harder now somehow. I was even thinking of doing weight watchers as they have a new plan that is not points but a set plan which would suit me better as i cheated too much with the points.  Well, see you on 01 June and i for one plan to be back to 75kg, cheers, Melinda xxx

Hi Mindy,

thanks for the console. I have had knee poblems for ages (that was why I started TF in the first place, I was threatened with knee replacements if I didn't lose weight). We have 3 lots of 8 stairs in the new house and that has really aggravated it.

I am also thinking of doing the WW core plan. I was only talking about it to Mal the other day. Only problem is that we only have WW here on a Thursday & the next few I have doctors appointments.

Symply Good to be True has a 28 day weight loss plan in the new book 5. I bought it today. It has every meal set out for 28 days with recipes from the book. 1200 cals a day & very easy to follow. I might give it a try and see what happens. The shakes just aren't working any more. I don't know why. I stick to it like glue. LOst 600 gms last week, did nothing different and this week I am back to where I started. I don't have TTOM, so I can't blame it.

Anyway, I will keep poldding along.

Pat
