Hi all,

I have gone back to uni this week and on Tuesdays and Thursday I am there till about 5pm, what would the best thing to do for lunch. I thought I would have the shake at night and one in the morning and have a piece of fruit for morning tea and afternoon tea, but I'm not sure what to do for lunch. I noticed on Tuesday I got very tired by the end of the day, does this mean my body is still getting use to the new way of eating? This is my 3rd week on the program.

Have a good day

Why not take a salad and a tin of tuna with you and have that as your main meal of the day and then like you said, have your shake and another salad at night!

Hi Helen, I thought of that but I thought that by lunch time the salad would be a bit limp, I am planning on buying a lunch box with a lid that freezes so it can stay fresh. Thank you for the advice.

you could also make soup and take it in a thermos.

G'day Jules,

Check the cafateria @ the uni, they should sell salads. Try Chicken, Ham, Tuna, Salmon, Eggs, they would all be perfect for your protien portion, unless your a vegetarian of course. I place a frozen esky brick in my son's lunchbox and it keeps cool and fresh in hot weather. Good luck.

Cheers!
