| Hi Malleyflea I just wanted to let you know, I was one that found the Sacla - Italia Cheery Tomato Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce 5.6 g sauce a while back. But I just bought some and noticed they have changed the labels and look etc and now it seams that they have changed the receipe as well cause now the carbs say 7.5g. So this probably isn't allowed anymore. RavenRose

Hi Mallyflea
Thanks for your list on the forum.
I was on the TF diet for 6 months about 16 months ago. Unfortunately, circumstances changed and I gradually went off it. Now I want to get back to it, especially that I am now at my heaviest ever!
I still have some shakes and can remember some of the foods that I can have. I have enough shakes to last me a week so I'm not going to a WLCentre till then. Unfortunately, I have no idea where my booklet is, so I'm having to go off memory here. I've looked all over the site to find a copy of the 'allowed' and 'not-allowed' foods. Yours is the first help I've found. Hopefully I'll find more before I go out shopping today.
I'm not much of a vegetable fan and most of the ones I really like aren't allowed on this diet. I remember getting really bored with the same meals last time. I'll try to check out your recipes if I can find the link to them.
By the way, I came across your before-and-after photos yesterday- you look fabulous! I was very inspired.
cheerio!
